Caterina’s Collection Loyalty Membership Terms And Conditions

1. By applying for the Caterina’s Collection Loyalty Membership Card, the applicant agrees to be bound by these Caterina’s Collection terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions are binding on an applicant upon the issue of a card to the applicant. 2. By registering to become a member to Caterina’s Collection, you agree to receive information regarding special offers and promotions, etc. 3. Caterinas’ Collection may, in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons for its decision, accept or refuse an application for a card. 4. To apply for a card and become a cardholder, the person must complete a Caterina’s Collection application form 5. A cardholder may hold one (1) card only. 6. Cardholder rights are determined by Caterina’s Collection from time to time and may include discounts for products purchased at Caterina’s Collection. 7. Discounts only apply to the cardholder named on the card and may not be used in conjunction or combination with any other offer or promotion. Cardholder discounts are not available on goods at “sale” or “special” prices. 8. The minimum purchase to qualify for reward points is $25 (net of any discounts) 9. Reward points for each subsequent purchase of $25 will be recorded on your invoice together with a tally of reward points against your account. 10. On reaching $500, you will be issued with a $50 Caterina’s Collection Gift Voucher 11. Purchases made with Gift vouchers cannot be recorded on the points tally. 12. If any goods are returned, then the points will be deducted from the balance. 13. The rights of the cardholder are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. 14. Caterina’s Collection, in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons for its decision, at any time and without notice cancel any card or substitute advertised discounts for any other item of a comparable value. 15. Caterina’s Collection is not responsible for stolen or lost cards that are used fraudulently. The cardholder must report a stolen or lost card to Caterina’s Collection immediately. The card cardholder’s existing card will be cancelled and a new card issued. 16. Cardholder discounts are not negotiable, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 17. A cardholder must quote their membership number if seeking the benefit of any discount or other benefit offered to cardholders, or upon request by Caterina’s Collection. 18. Caterina’s Collection reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time for any reason and without notice to cardholders.  19. Any questions regarding the Caterina’s Collection membership card should be referred to enquiry@caterinascollection.com.au. 20. All cardholders who wish to cancel their membership, must notify Caterina’s Collection at enquiry@caterinascollection.com.au.  As a result you will no longer receive any notifications about any special offers, etc and any reward points not redeemed prior to membership cancellation are no longer valid to be redeemed.
